Launch of SEA Pledge Coastal Tour

Dr. Tony Ribbink and the SEA Pledge team has begun their crusade to educate coastal communities about COP 17 and what they can do to have a positive impact on the future of coasts and oceans. The coastal tour was launched on Wednesday 12 October 2011 in Port Elizabeth with the donation of two Honda Hybrid vehicles, which are being used to transport the team to 25 coastal towns in South Africa. The tour has made stops in Port Elizabeth, Grahamstown, East London and Port St Johns and is currently on the south coast of Kwazulu-Natal.
